Teg is a lymphedema expert who is certified in both lymphedema therapy and manual lymphatic drainage.
Teg began her career in the healthcare field as a physical therapy technician at Apollo College, and personal trainer (NASM) in 2004. Excelling at Apollo with a 4.0 GPA, she assisted and inspired countless patients and clients to become a stronger, healthier version of themselves. After graduating as a licensed massage therapist from Phoenix College in 2019 with a 3.8 GPA, Teg realized her hands have an innate gift to comfort and heal. Hitting a personal cord, she continued her quest to certify herself in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) in May 2021, and become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in January 2022.
As a CLT working with oncology and post-op patients, Teg sees daily the miracles and benefits of manual lymphatic drainage. Her personal goal is to educate as many as she can on the importance of their lymphatic system, for improved overall health.
Though a bit of a workaholic, Teg's hobbies include music, art, photography and just generally being creative. She also loves traveling, road trips and spending time with her dogs.
